La Rambaulière 2022

C’est pour rendre hommage à mon grand-père, Jean-Louis Rambaud, que nous avons appellé ce vin La Rambaulière. Ce vin lui ressemble, il est à la fois traditionnel et contemporain, avec ses notes intenses de fruits rouges et sa grande souplesse en bouche. Il fera merveille avec un boeuf carottes ou encore avec tout one pot pasta. Temps de garde: encore 3 à 5 ans.

 

We named this wine La Rambaulière in honour of my grandfather, Jean-Louis Rambaud. This wine resembles him: it is both traditional and contemporary, with intense notes of red fruit and great softness on the palate. It pairs wonderfully with beef and carrots or any one-pot pasta dish. Ageing potential: another 3 to 5 years.
